Yeah you got the right outcome but you're underrating Shavers I think.. He WAS a contender, and knocked out plenty of good fighters. nuff said ont hat.

 

Earnie was definitely not a journeyman, but a serious contender. Typically I think he boxed well until he got tired, then he just let everything go to the wind and became a reckless kamikaze gambler. He was a good fighter for the first few rounds.

And he beat Ali, in my opinion.

But Bowe would kill him.
