Could go either way. Bowe is a far better fighter but not sure his chin would withstand a Wilder bomb if it lands clean. Bowe is a bit unproven against elite heavyweight bangers, despite competing in an era that was stacked with them, to pick him with absolute certainty. I'd favour Bowe but with the caveat that a chin that nearly failed him against a very off colour Holyfield could not be relied upon to make him a cert in this one.

My guess is Bowe would stop him in about 4 or 5 rounds. Bowe was strong and could smother guys. I think Wilder's problem is he was great in this era which is a very weak era. Fury might be the only guy who could compete in other eras compared to his contemporaries.

Bowe might win, but he's not Tyson Fury and would defonitely get get hit cleanly. Could go either way.

Bowe imho has the perfect style by going for an González-job. Fury is the better boxer, but Wilder lacks the jab and movement imho. He also seemed very confused about a guy coming in that rough, not respecting his power too much. Bowe could do that.
If Bowe comes in boxing, Wilder might find his chin. But I don´t see him fighting the taller man that way.

This isn't a serious post the clear answer is that Wilder out boxes him to a UD right?

Wilder by knock out no question about it. Bowe was easy to hit and he did not have the chin of chuvalo exactly

Bowe didn’t have good footwork or defense was easy to hit too. It’s not as easy as ppl say, yes he is a much better boxer than Wilder. I always thought Wilder was and is a fraud. But I do think he would land on Bowe. If Bowe survives his class would show and he would stop Deontay - but remember Bowe avoided everyone and especially big punchers in his career.

Would be a Foreman v Lyle type fight I reckon. Both men are going to storm the other, you can just imagine Riddick wanting to kill Wilder by fight night. Trouble is, this type of gung-ho attitude could see Bowe getting knocked down, again and again. But Wilder hits the canvas too imo and Bowe wins by 6 round ko.

Realistically, Bowe should win, but with Wilder you can never know he's a strong hitter and he can put everyone to sleep regardless of his last performance against Fury...

Wilder can't fight on the inside at all whereas Bowe for being such a big man was one of the better heavyweights on the inside. Prime Bowe would press Wilder and get inside on him and give him a beating.

Sure Wilder has a punchers chance but Bowe had a pretty danm good beard and was a complete fighter.
