I used to train and spar with Bowie when we were both trained by Jeff Mayweather and Eddie Mustafa Muhammad. He is the hardest puncher I have ever been in with sparring or in a match. His management sucks but that also has to do with some outside advice he has gotten.

 

He's speaking the truth - this guy has a glass jaw. And the fact that he's getting taken out by journeymen would logically lead to you to believe that his questionable punch resistance will hamper his efforts to move up in the rankings.

The absolute best he could hope for, imo, is to be another Earnie Shavers or maybe Tommy Morrison. And that's unlikely. Most of these big punchers will glass jaws don't make it to that sort of level.

 

He is no TUA, big Tua was something special. Tuopu and lepia could get it on.It will be a wild slug. OMG.

what is it about these pacific islanders tupou, leapai, tua there all short stocky power punching heavies. ive never heard of any feather/lightweights that are defencively slick from that part of the world
