saw tupou live on the undercard of Froch Ward where he dropped Donnel Holmes and won a decision he is wild and swings with power but he seems like he can be out boxed Scott has been inactive and when he was active he didnt fight anybody so who knows
Scott UD is a pretty safe bet here I think. Scott can take a punch and is a much better boxer than Donnell Holmes, another former semi-contender with a padded record who Tupou just barely squeaked by. That said, Tupou has a questionable chin at best, and Scott might even be able to knock him out.
:deal I totally agree. Certain posters on here keep attacking Scott, but one thing that cannot be denied is his skills, that surpass all others in the heavyweight division.
Scott could actually do something in the division if he started being morw active, hes skilled aqnd tall. Not a huge puncher though
Totally agree. HBO must televise this, OG Malik is the future. Any fighter hitting 35-0 ought to be a major event. HBO cannot miss this opportunity.
He could punch... if he wanted to... but he refuses to over-commit to his punches due, in part, to his amateur background. He simply prefers to stay within himself, pump the jab, and counterpunch with authority.
HBO won't start televising Scott until he starts hitting harder and not just boxing. HBO doesn't care about your record they care about action. There isn't much in Scott's fights.
I was kind of interested in this fight, but like most wasn't able to see it. Apparently Scott stopped Tpou is the 8th in this battle of fringe contenders. http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=35680&cat=boxer
