It's meant to be like ShoBox for our prospects, with all the cancellations it's more like a whole show of prospects vs journeymen, at least the 1st one is.
Does anyone remember the 'Fight Skool' concept on Sky a few years a go; I think it was similar to this, I've got most of them on DVD, I'll check what the cards were, but off the top of my head I seem to remember there were some really good/interesting fights made.
Callum Johnson fighting for the 5th time in 18 months as a pro :-( Why does Frank even sign young fighters? He doesn't keep them busy at all, young pro's should be fighter at least 6-8 times a year. Franks got Rocky Fielding fighting his 4th journeyman in a row this Friday. Joe Selkirk in his 9th fight in 5 years as a pro, I know he's had injuries but I know when he has been 100% Frank has still held him back. What happened to Boxnation keeping young fighters active Fwanky? :-(
Yes, that sounds about right mate :good I think the shows were about 90 minutes instead of the standard 2 hours. There was some good fights as far as I remember, don't think it lasted longer than a year though. The good old days, when Sky still gave a toss about boxing fans:roll:
