I'd say that the cost of the rights for the fight in the UK will be well above £1 million. Therefore to generate capital the best platform for the fight would be Sky Box Office. Plus the winner would likely face the winner of the Brook/Khan fight if that happens so Sky could use that angle as well.

I can't see it being on terrestrial TV because of the sheer cost of the rights. You could get 10 Audley Harrison fights for £1 million remember.

if sky would plan to stick it on Box office let's hope ****** & Ives can dig deep to get it on BN...if sky would do the decent thing and keep it off PPV then don't mind either way

This will be billed as the biggest most important fight of all time. They will tour the world promoting it. It will do huge numbers worldwide.

There is not a single foreign fight in the world that will significantly increase the number of sustainable subscribers for Boxnation.

The potential market of UK subscribers want at least two of these fights per month shown live between 7pm and 11pm on Friday or Saturday Evenings.

Because this fight is in the early hours, they could pump Katie Price for 6 months but the PPV will be a flop as the target audience are all out clubbing and shagging at fight time.

Have a decent matchroom card as part of the PPV then they could get decent numbers - degale groves 2 then mayweather pac would get good numbers on PPV

I'd say absolutely no chance. Besides the Ricky Hatton connection, the casuals have next to no interest in these two.

And the fight's years and years too late of course.
