    30 seconds Shadowboxing
    60 seconds Rest

    -60 seconds after-
    10:00 light Shadowboxing

    -Morning-

    30 seconds Mountain Climbers
    30 seconds Jumping Jacks
    30 seconds Burpees
    30 seconds Split Jumps
    30 seconds Shadowboxing
    60 seconds Rest

    -60 seconds after-
    10:00 light Shadowboxing

    -The last round was garbage. R1-4 I got more reps on everything but burpees but R5 I did about 2/3 +a little.

    3x3 Shadowboxing

    3x5 standing ab wheel rollout progressions

    TUESDAY

    2 x 1 one arm chinup per arm
    9,8,7,6 Pullups with 40lb weighted vest on
    3 x 25 dumbell shrugs (2x50lbs plus 40lb weighted vest, the only way I can add more weight)

    -Evening-

    20:00 jump rope

    -didnt shadowbox cuz I need to get to sleep early tonight. I might not have time to condition tomorrow but I'll try. I just found out Im missing a 1lb weight from my vest, I guess its 39lbs till I find it.

    Too tired to condition today, besides my abs are still really sore from the rollouts. I'll just jump rope faster tonight and shadowbox a little harder.

    3x8 DB Front Squats (40lb weighted vest plus 2x50lb db's)
    3x10 db lateral raises (2x20lbs, I'll add 2.5lbs to each side next time, too easy)

    -I was going to do 1 arm pushups but I hate em. Possibly the only exercise I hate. Besides I can bench 225 @ 165lbs...good ****ing enough!
