Somebody's 0 has got to go. Carrillo is 2-0 (zero knockouts) while Anguiano is 1-0 (1).

 

Bespeaking their records (small and unscientific a sampling as both may be), Carrillo seems like the more stylish and technical boxer while Anguiano has the more hurtful shots when he manages to land them.

Omar Peribán Hernández vs. Carlos Daniel López García, 4 rounds @ bantamweight

 

"Scrappy" Peribán is moving up from super fly, while "El Tanquecito" García is meeting Scrappy halfway dropping from super bantam.

Comparable records; Scrappy is 4-3 (0) and García is 3-3 (1). Each stopped once.

 

Scrappy proving worthy of the moniker, putting his all into some overhand rights that seize momentum away from García. Not bad torque on those for a guy that has never registered a professional kayo.

 

Interesting, both guys proving to be ambidextrous, switch-hitting in mirroring fashion in the fourth.

 

Promoted to a 6-rounder to fill out the remaining allotted TV broadcast time, apparently.

 

Should be a draw or a tight win for Scrappy.
