blackhercules seems to think that the writer was talking about Vitali, and not Wladimir.

Lol I knew he was talking about. The point is the guy has no name. He just claimed to sparred with various fighters without proof and people believe it.

But let me explain this to you. Just because one fighter knocks out a fighter and another one didn't doesn't mean the first fighter punches harder. Maybe the second fighter never landed his best punch or the second fighter could be a slow handed fighter.

Foreman was overweight when he fought Everett "Bigfoot" Martin. Let him get to close and smothered his punches. Foreman also had a tendency to try to avoid hurting opponents when he had them hurt when he was older. He faced a in shape Bigfoot and knocked him down with one punch. Wlad fought a out of shape Martin years later and landed punches at will. Never remotely hurt the guy. Fought him again a year and a half later. Did the same thing and couldn't hurt him. I ref stopped the fight because Martin wasn't punching back much.

That is the only real comparison we have between George's power and Wlads power. Old Foreman had more 1 punch power than Wlad. Younger Foreman would have more power than the old.

The sparring partner quoted by the OP sounds like Magna Nassaki who used to post on here a few years ago.

I had an ongoing correspondence with this guy and finally guessed his identity... and no it wasn't Shannon Briggs.

The post is LEGIT , its also quite a few years old ,and its obvious a real boxer, not just one should be able to tell but this guy has several articles posted . Foreman hit harder in his comeback and his jab became exactly like it was a more deliberate jab with more force behind it that it knocked guys mouth pieces out into the crowd. Power in most cases is the last thing to go ,250 Foreman hits were not only more thudding but harder to see coming because he disguised and set them up and abandoned his wasted punches wind mill style you are wrong once again Hercules.

I have seen this post before, it's worth a new thread.

According to gyms stories that circulate, Tyson in the 1990's did not have the power the sparring partners excited.

The people that were in there with both Sanders and Tyson said Sanders hit harder

He fought Lewis twice as an amateur and Bowe too, so he shouldn't be too hard to place.

No I am anti European people of this forum downing America. I would be happy if OP would give the guys name. As I said there is no proof this guy sparred with anybody. Just because you want to believe stories you hear online with no proof doesn't mean I have to as well.
