I would like to hears opinion of others regarding this topic.
As for me,the one boxer that motivates me the most is Marvelous Marvin Hagler. It's kinda strange since I more so learned what's discipline from him than what's motivation.
The guy basically motivated me to throw away all the motivation crap and stay disciplined even if it kills me,from him I learned that it's discipline that makes the champion.
This is contradictory to the very same question that I asked but hear me out; motivation will come and go,but discipline stays forever.

I another one in the hagler camp. The man was just a cardio machine, got nothing the easy way through his whole career and became a champion and top 3 mw threw sheer will. Should be a inperation for us all really.

Hagler is definitely on my list as well and makes me want to keep pushing!

The first boxer that inspired(s) me even now though is Juan Manuel Marquez. The man had an iron heart and kept going no matter what.

Marciano got me into practicing a Lot of conditioning exercice, and also with Shavers, i got into chopping woods (though i never really did any of that, but did replace it with the obvious "hitting tires with a sledgehammer" exercice) since i thought it was the key to get his power.....

There are two boxers who should most motivate you to work hard:

    1) Yourself — if you don’t work hard, strive to improve, do whatever it takes to maximize your skills and conditioning, it’s you who will pay the price.

    2) Your opponent (even if you don’t know who that is going to be) is the fighter who should motivate you. He’s the one who’s going to be trying to take your head off.

Calzaghe for me, absolute stamina to burn, always kept a relentless pace. Even when he was loosing fights he nearly always came on strong, testament to his fitness.

    Tyson Fury.

The condition he got himself into for the Wilder rematch after being severely overweight before his comeback inspired me to start working out during lockdown.
