That list doesn't make sense. Most of those are boxers or boxers with a bit of power.

A more pure boxer-puncher matchup is something like:

    Forrest / Mayorga
    Mayweather / Corrales
    Lomachenko / Salido
    Maidana / Broner
    Mayweather / Maidana
    Barrera / Hamed

it depends on all attributes and weaknesses of the individual fighters. you can have A level boxing skills, but no power and a weak chin will still lose you a lot of fights to less skilled bangers.

A skilled boxer with a weak chin against a not as skilled fighter with great power make for an exciting match-up. On the one hand, the boxer can outbox the less-skilled fighter. On the other hand, the less-skilled fighter only needs one punch to end the fight.

Your list is right down the middle
    Ali beat Foreman
    Frazier beat Ali
Leonard got outboxed by Hearns until he rallied to a come from behind ko
    Duran beat Leonard
    Hagler Leonard was a draw
Rjj was the bigger puncher and just more athletic period
Rigo beat Donaire, not really a puncher, just learned to rely on it and lost his boxing ability along the way
There was no big puncher in Canelo-Lara and it was a draw

thats what i mean. with a weak chin, boxing skill alone is not going to guarantee victory over a hard punching, less skilled fighter who can take your punch.
with everything else being equal, of course skill will be the determining factor, but the same can be said of punching power, conditioning, focus, determination, etc...
a boxer can be so superior to a ko artist that he connects 4 punches to every 1 he receives, but a significant difference in power and chin could make the better boxer the loser every time in that match up.
