    This is unreal. Two of my favorite fighters died this year.

    RIP Choi Yo Sam..

    He is still "alive", but supposed to be taken off life support on Jan. 3rd.

    He has been in a coma since the 25th.

    Very sad news for everyone involved. :-(

    When stuff like this happens, I always think about the other fighter involved as well. The one who delivered that blow. Although he knows, and we know that its part of the sport, and thats the risk you take, it still has to be hell for the other guy none-the-less. I wonder what kind of impact this is having on him. If it wasnt for that one punch, the Yo-Sam would be still alive. That could be a career/life changing experience.

    **** man thats shocking. has this happened before? I mean I know of people that have had cerebral damage but completely brain dead? wtf.

    Boxing is a hard sport, unfortunately this happens all the time.
    R.I.P to all the fallen warriors, may they rest in peace..
    My condolences to his family and close ones.
