i don't deny it, a welsh mate of mine 'met' him aswell - said something like how he respected his career for Liverpool and Bellamy told him to **** off

then my mate was like 'you what ??' and then Bellamy squared up to him

    all in a cardiff nightclub.

but i guess that's how Bellamy deals with strangers approaching him 24/7. i don't think he understands why people he doesn't know continually think its fine to invade his privacy and interrupt his evenings - it obviously stresses him out more than it does with others

but like i said before - if he is a good husband, father, brother, son and friend etc. to those nearest and dearest to him, is he a bad person? is he a '****'? or is he just a little rough to people he regards as rude and ignorant who are of no significance whatsoever to him?

with bellamy in particular, he has been pouring money into African football foundations in Sierra Leone. it just goes to show it depends which way you look at it and analyse these people. a lot of the golden boys of sports will smile for cameras and work tirelessly for good repuations among their fans. but it doens't make them better people at the end of the day does it?

another thing which hasn't been mentioned is the amount of memorabilia which is shoved in their faces which is clearly for autograph hunters, or souvenir shops, or which end up on ebay. a lot of these apparent '****s', Gary Neville Bellamy etc. are probably critical of being exploited and don't want their part in feeding the vultures. the easy thing to do is wait for ten mins, sign everything and smile and have the media world love you - but a lot of players/sports stars are just not like that and don't care about their media image.
