[ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KDND[/ame] It seems that had as much to do with her not urinating as with how much water she was drinking. Were the contest just about consumption rather than holding in your pee (which as I said is widely known to be EXTREMELY hazardous to your health and I can't believe such a contest even existed or that anybody chose to participate...) she may well be alive.
for me.... if i'm training or sparring i don't ever feel like i have to go even if have drank some water inbetween or before. either i'm sweating it out or my body is so tense that i just hold it in even if i have to. i thnk is sweating it out though.
Never felt the need to in sparring, and during my fight I just rehydrated so there wasn't much to **** out.
Maybe you can clarify this for me as I've never competed and had to make weight. So boxers don't just drink a lot of water or sports drinks after weigh in? What type of fluid is absorbed by the body where the person does not have to **** it out?
I was slightly dehydrated (perhaps 3 pounds), after the weigh in I rehydrated up to a normal level but there still was no pee. I never **** after workouts either.
Family awarded $16.5 million for wrongful death in 'Hold Your Wee for a Wii' contest. Thought I'd pass it on here for peoples interested.
really? so you think you just drink enough to replace the water you lost and thus not much urine?... :think come to think of it I used to **** a ton after weight room/ gym workouts cause I was drinking so much but I didnt really sweat that much (since it was indoors in air conditioning). But now I can go biking for 2 hours and since its outside in florida I am sweating a lot more and really I dont **** much post workout. So maybe that is right:think Thats stupid, seriously, the radio station didnt force them to do it, they did it on their own accord. Anyways I remember they drank a ton of water and had to hold it... while its shocking they died also extremely rare and not worth worrying about happening to yourself.
