Boxers are the hardest working athletes, yet why don't they get paid like them?

simply put, boxing doesn't generate the revenue that would merit purses that equal the salaries of athletes who participate in major american sports. even professional baseball, basketball and football players who never see playing time make more than some of the highest paid professional boxers.

 

Boxer's don't have to do THAT much PR bull**** (which earns them money) and don't have to be in top physical shape for 1/4 of the year.
