One of his girlfriends was 16 or 17 and Ali was about 33.

I forgot her name, it was in one of his documentaries, I think "Muhammad Ali: The Whole Story" which was on TNT a few years ago.

But if she was barely legal, oh well. Who doesn't like barely legal girls?

No, Corrales did time in the middle of his career (he was inactive from the Mayweather fight in early 2001 to 2003) for beating up his pregnant wife.

The story that I've heard was that someone prank called his house and said he was sleeping with his wife. The former Sac-town gangbanger Chico, who had a history of domestic abuse incidents, being the paranoid drunk, beat the hell out of her. He also had weapons in the house and got arrested on weapons charges.

Before he died, he had been arrested for a DUI. He was known for having a Jekkyl-and-Hyde type thing because of his drinking, which ultimately cost him his life.

I know this thread has been put away now, but i kept reading this post, and the secnd paragraph is hard to read all the way through. I wont get into what i think of the G-man because i know it brings up mixed opinions and this could get long-winded. Although i dont see any argument for anyone's point arguing against mine, i can admit that i may be somewhat of, not a hypocrite, wrong word, but something along those lines, as i might not react the same way if it were not animals this had happened to. Dont get me wrong, i'd be disgusted, but it may not provoke this level of thought out of me, then again it likely would, i dont know.

I own a pitbull by the way, 6 years old and is just a big baby, never harmed anything, living proof that people talk **** about these 'vicious dogs'.

I heard that pitbulls, by and large, are among the nicest breeds of dogs.

The problem is with the ones that aren't so nice. They're much worse and more dangerous than most "not-so-nice" dogs.

Where has it been reported that Donald Curry is gay? I know Emile Griffith is, no doubt, but I never knew that about Curry.

:patsch You're right, you're right on the timing.

I guess when he was on his bike he had a BAC of .24 and no driver's or cycle license. Tried to make a foolish pass and got smacked by oncoming traffic and thrown back into his original lane and struck again.

And yes, it's hard to believe he's gone.

It's about how they're brought up I suppose, and also about breeding. I'd imagine many are poorly bred and have a naturally aggressive streak.

No offense, but I'll stay clear of the breed, just in case. Same goes for Rottweilers, Dobermans etc.
Anyway, don't want to hijack the thread...
