Rafa Marquez forgetting to clinch in the last round of the third fight with Vasquez.

A draw would have been about fair.... but if you are ahead going into the last round, as Marquez was, losing is criminal.

Battling Siki defending his World Championship against Mike McTigue; in the then basically war torn Dublin, on St Patrick's Day, is kind of a biggie!

Hagler running in the last few rounds against Vito.

Nicky Piper taking a catchweight contest against an alleged Journeyman cruiserweight at less than 24 hours notice....

Alex Garcia not taking a $1Million pay day against Riddick Bowe, because he wanted a tune up (and lost in two, to Mike Dixon)

Morrison wanting to fight in front of his home fans as a warm up to a proposed Lewis fight in early 1994 (and lost to Michael Bentt in a round)

Juan Manuel Marquez's management turning down $750,000 for a rematch after the first fight with Pacquiao then being stripped of one of his belts because no one met the purse bids and then going to Indonesia to get robbed of his other belt by Chris John instead, for $30,000!

    We all make mistakes

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO BE MAN ENOUGH TO ADMIT YOU MADE A MISTAKE

No, the most important thing is to be man enough to admit when you've just been totally outclassed rather than using an imaginery 'mistake' as a pathetic exucse :yep

But in all seriouness - Enzo Macc - has never said or thought he was outclassed.

The fight was quite even until the sudden explosive end

I think that was my point.

The fight was quite even until the weigh in. Enzo got outclassed during the weigh-in, embarrasingly dominated during the ring walks (using 'walk' fairly loosely in Enzo's case obviously) and smashed in the ring.

Amir Khan says he made a mistake against Prescott. I think his mistake was fighting someone his own size.
