I have to drop a stone to get down to MiddleWeight which is my fighting weight 72,74....

This Diet is working a threat and it doesn't matter that i'm getting gassed quickly atm, Once the weights off i shall start redoing a steady diet which fits my body's need's and doesn't put on weight,

My Muscle's seem to be doing fine,

It's going to get worst before it gets better!

Seconded. Go ahead and **** up your preparation time, it's your fight after all. Not sure why the **** you asked for opinions on your diet.

What did you expect? You're meant to be a boxer, one of the most intense sports you can participate in. No combat athlete could consume 1000 cals a day and train anywhere near a decent workrate, infact in a few days if you keep that up, you'll have trouble doing anything.

It's just dumb for anyone to go onto a 1000 cal diet, hell I eat more than you before 12 o'clock.

If you've left it too late to drop a lot of weight then that's just bad preperation by yourself and your coach, this is not the way to do it, particularly in the run-up to a fight.

One last thing - you're an idiot.

I notice you reported my post since I get these reports myself. Second time you've reported nonsense, are you sure you want to stay here? :huh

You ask for opinions and thoughts on your diet and you've got responses you didn't like. Did you really expect anyone to congratulate you for eating such a poor diet? You shouldn't be asking for peoples opinions if you get upset over anything that contradicts your own, better to just to remain quite and ignorant. :-(

I understand where you are coming from. Let me guess you are fairly young, go to an 'old school is the best school' gym? The answer to everything is 'work harder', 'whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger', 'be tougher' and so on?
Hurting yourself isn't anything to be proud of, you need to smarten up and understand how your body works, you can lose weight without hurting yourself but it takes time. If you are losing fitness and strength while you are training it defeats the purpose and is only setting you back in the long run.
Wait a second, you're not the guy who asked if he should cut back on water are you? If you are I take back my advice, you'd be doing humanity a favor if you stopped eating and drinking completely.

He could do some spot reduction as well. He's already on a no fat diet, we could have him dead in no time.
