Ah, that's right. Coyne's the other one who left the show undefeated, but due to a cut. Is he really on his way to being a contender, though? He's still undefeated but still hasn't really fought anybody.
When I lived in Vegas...I was fortunate to meet, train and become friends with Ishe Smith and Steve Forbes. But what I remember most about the show (I watched all of them) is when that young kid from Philly committed suicide...Najai Turpin (11-2 8KO). Does anyone even remember that "Weak-ass" attempt of a Boxing Reality show with Oscar De La Hoya...Man, that was AWFUL!!!
Vegas has a pretty great boxing scene specifacll barrys. Thats where I met and got to see andre ward and andre dirrel. Dirrel is easily the best ive seen in person. He was great talent to watch. I was 16 the first time I seen him dude was sooo fast.
Ahmed Kadour came back and fights regularly now in Danish Fight Night. Doesnt look like Babyface anymore, but more like a real grown arab man...
Coyne was announced a few days ago as having a fight lined up with Guillermo Jones...the WBA have however just demanded that Jones v Hernandez will go to purse bids on April 28th.
:rofl :rofl That one on Fox, right? :rofl :rofl That show was horrible, lasted like 3 episodes. :rofl :rofl :rofl
Sakio bika, is still a contender, in my opinion drew against ward at most lost by 115-113 not 120-108,118-110; oakland judging is ****ed up. Smith lost to degale in a 9th TKO, stoppage was bull**** he was on the ropes and hurt but he was the british title holder and could have survived to the final bell-would have lost a lopsided decision anyway.
Smith looked bloody useless against DeGale...sorry Smith is bloody useless, he seems to have more fights online now a days than in the ring, certainly is more active in his online fights as well...
