that's about 30%. and p4p list is too centralized in america to give a fair account of the other fighters in other regions of the world. those who can get american coverage and are well known names probably gets more attention and would likely get into the p4p list.

it's all about perception and how they were exposed in medias that basically compose those who ranks these opinionated p4p rankings. if guys like nishioka, viloria or even chris john for example has enough coverage from these medias who rank the p4p list, the would have have cracked it, rather than putting guys like dawson.

gamboa is definitely p4p material but he is not doing himself any favor by being too inactive even if he is exposed to these medias. the klitchkos has only recently been recognized and that's at the time when p4p list are getting thinner.
