The one thing that really makes me hesitant about picking Wlad against a swarming type fighter is his lack of an uppercut, and when he does throw it looks so robotic and unnatural.

Lol, Imagine 1973 Big George vs. Wladimir Klitschko we all have no Idea how terribly George would have been criticized for taking this fight. Wlads record would be 30(23)wins 22(22) losses. People would boo Big George after his brutal 1st round KO of Wladdy.

George only dominated smaller fighters. Once he met a fighter of his own size he got KOd, by a feather fisted Ali

Foreman was just a big bully back in the 70's, and he was easily frightened by fighters his own size.
Foreman was clearly scared of the 6'3" 220lb Ron Lyle and even admitted it.
Now put George in the ring with one of the Klitschkos or Robert Helenius, Sam Peter, would he destory Alexander Ustnov? A man who is 100lb bigger? Fans will just have to except that boxing is a far bigger sport now, more full time fighters and more top amateurs from around the world.

America must stop hunting the prisons and reform schools for their talent like they did in the 70s,
and start looking only for the best where ever that may be....

Weather people want to admit to it or not, Wladimir would be a challenge to ANYONE in the history of the sport. The guy knows how to box and he's a powerhouse! 6'6" with an 81 inch reach and a jab that is as concussive as some heavies right hands. His right hand is faster and just as heavy as Lewis.

And this **** about Lewis stopping him in one round is laughable. If Lewis had fought Wladimir he would have been in with the hardest puncher and one of the most skilled heavyweights he ever fought. So if Rahman and McCall could put Lewis on his back I'm pretty certain Wladimir would have a great shot too.

Wonder why Lewis was so concerned about Corrie Sanders beating the odds and defeating Wladimir? :think I mean if he was going to have Wladimir, an easy 30 mil plus payday "for breakfast" why did he want Sanders, who was a southpaw with way faster hands than Lewis, to get the job done so badly?? :think So much that he phoned him with his little pep talk and advice. Him and Sanders weren't boozing buddies or anything. :think

Trying guess is very difficult not because of wladimir but who he has faced. None of his oppentents who are prime measure up, they all have obvious flaws which would see them being beat by the atg comfortably.

Mercer perhaps but he was way old when they met. Sultan and Chageav I do not rate. I think Peter would be dangerous against most atg. Anybody with a poor chin and a bad defence may come unstuck.

Wladimir has been beaten by c rated fighters while learning his craft. I am not sure he has ever met anybody better truely B-rated. That is a prime Mercer. Never mind an A rated fighter like holmes or ali.

I believe he is good enough to wonder if he beats prime B rated fighters. A rated is so hard to say because he has never seen an A rated fighter let alone get in the ring with one.

Lennox beat his brother when he was old, out of shape and not motivated. Which normally got Lewis Koed. It is clear Vitali to me is better peak than wladimir, Wladimir and vitali rate Vitali as better than Wladimir to. See their interviews.

So possibly in with Mercer, prime Holyfield, foreman.

I think Liston, Holmes out jab Wladmir, they both have a longer reach and are quicker. They both are better all round fighters, both have more heart.

I would love to see a Wlad vs Frazier war, Prime vs Prime, I would definitely edge Smoking Joe but that would be an epic war while it lasted
