It doesn't have to hit your balls for it to be a low blow.

And from my understanding there's a delayed reaction from a body shot. Usyk went straight down

Pretty sure rounds are meant to be 3 minutes long not 2 minutes 50. I didn't hear so much as a peep out of him or his promoter about that even though it was his previous fight to facing Usyk and that flagrant corruption is the only reason he secured his shot at Usyk in the first place.

He hit Usyk low, the ref deemed it low, Uysk took a break to recover, and then got up and proceeded to continue whooping his ass before knocking the much bigger, stronger, younger and more powerful behemoth down twice, culminating with a power jab that made Dubois take the knee to his far superior foe and quit.

He, his team, and his stupid little fanboys can cry all the baba tears in the world but it won't change the fact he got outclassed, bullied, and made to quit by an inactive aged much smaller blown up CW. The End.

If dubois really wanted another shot, he should have been caressing Usyk's balls, not aiming for them.

where can one find the rules of boxing? i tried looking for this online but had no luck.
i as a fan never read the rules. my opinion is based solely on the debates after a disputed call.

Its the same with a 10 count and a refs count. People still debate Douglas vs Tyson and Wilder vs Fury.

    Yes, it's bizarre.

The ref shows you the line at the beginning of most fights, telling you what a low blow is.

Meanwhile it seems like half of boxing analysts, boxers, and even trainers have failed to take this information in after hundreds of fights.

Not always and depends on the circumstances but it’s the liver/kidney shot that usually doesn’t register straight away.
Well timed shot right on the navel of an unsuspecting opponent will immediately take the wind out him and fold the guy like a lawn chair, liver/kidney shot will take a few moments to basically paralyse the “near side” leg through shear sharp pain and send you down twitching.

That said, it was obviously a low blow and it’s clear to see as cameras captured it at just the right angle for us to see the impact point.

If Dubois is so confident he was cheated he should demand a rematch where hopefully he won’t get told of for low punches several times before getting stopped by a jab.

Didn't hear Pabon's instructions pre-fight but usually referees indicate by pointing, what they will consider legal and what they won't.

Pictures from the fight show clearly where the blow landed and there really shouldn't be any ambiguity about whether it was legal or not. If there is, and there seems to be, the low blow rule needs to be explained to the masses.
