who are some boxers right now, who if they lost you would say they lost because theyre past it? i would say Hopkins, Froch, Mayweather, Marquez and Pacquiao are some obvious ones who else is there?

It's not simple as saying if they lost now would it be because they are past prime

    the opponent still matters.

Froch just beat a fresh young incredibly talented George Groves twice, not washed up.
Pacquiao just beat incredibly talented undefeated Bradley twice, not washed up.

    Marquez maybe.
Mayweather its starting to look that way.
Hopkins will be when he loses to Kovalev.

    Hopkins is definitely past prime...

He still has the skill level to win against good young fighters with his spoiling tactics.

Froch did beat groves but he had some trouble and Groves while talented is not really proven, also Froch is up there in age and some boxers age overnight.
Pac. I didnt mean to say washed up, Pac and Floyd have a lot left in the tank but they're not prime anymore and on a good night one of the top welterweights could beat them ( I doubt it will happen though)
