boxers rythem

    wtf every boxing book i ever read talks about this yet i never see boxer do it. when do they do it?

    Constantly, if it means what I think it means. If you stood completely still it would be fairly impossible to land a punch. You move your head, feint punches, find angles, move on your feet, etc. It's how you "hide" preliminary movements. I'd love to hear one of the experts on this though.

    its supposed to be the back and forth head movement or side to side constant head movement

    I think its just the way you bounce on your feet, and shuffle your hands, and move your head when your rested in your base stance, not punching..

    it's natural rhythm.it's abuot timing it's a skill not a technique.

    why we skip, speed bag and shadow box is so we have a good rhythm.

    If you ever get to watch a boxing match, look closely and you will see it.
