Who are some fighters history that are lead hand dominant that cannot use or better yet effective with their opposite hand for their respective stances (orthodox/southpaw).

Example of everyones usual best dominant hand: Wilder dominant right hand (orthodox) or stevenson/lara left hand dominant (southpaw).

but looking for examples where for the orthodox fighter the left (jab hand) is also the dominant power hand (over-reliant as right hand is not the power hand), and vice versa southpaws the right hand is instead of the left.

Andre Ward’s right hand was fairly useless in terms of direct offense.

Danny Garcia perhaps? Never managed to get the same power on the right hand as the left

    Good one.

Winky Wright (a right handed southpaw) is probably the best example, his right hand was everything and he could do pretty much anything with it (jab, hook, switch to orthodox and throw a great cross, lead uppercut etc).

His left hand was quite frankly terrible.

"Footedness" also plays a big role in what stance you take but is never really noted or discussed.

Pulev had a very rudimentary right hand, his jab was destructive and capable.

Locche perhaps, although he did use right cross/uppercut when countering. Still, there were rounds where you could think he just doesn't believe in throwing punches with his dominant hand.

Ike Quartey and Winky Wright both dominated fighters with their punishing jabs. Ike in particular probably had a harder one than his two.
