    Primo Carnera is the only boxer who was both world Heavyweight boxing and wrestling champion.

    And Alfredo Escalera was a pro wrestler in Puerto Rico and Joe Louis was here in the US, although I dont know if you can count that as a sport (I sort of do, you have to be athletic at least in some way).

    Escalera as a curiosity was both a World Boxing Council world champion and World Wrestling Council competitor!

    :lol::lol::lol:

    The real life inspiration for Blades of Glory.

    That would provide for angles of Tony that we’d never seen (and never wanted to see) before.

    Ice twice as thick as standard would be a must requirement of course.

    :lol: I’m coming for you Trev....

    What a weapon Larry would’ve been. Practitioner of The Foot, Fist and...Thumb Way.

    Master of the two one inch digit into the eye socket move.

    Larry don’t need no monsel solution for optical obliteration. Freaking unbeatable.

    If the human super fish Frazier had been wearing his dinky dippers (inflatable arm float rings) he would’ve been unbeatable in the pool.

    I’m assuming that Cosell wasn’t the commentator for that race otherwise we would’ve again heard (yes, you guessed it) “Down goes Frazier”( X 3).

    We would’ve also seen Cosell quit his swim race announcing career to due its pointless, brutal nature (as it pertained to some participants).

    I bet fighters 135 and under are pretty fast so could do well at track and field..

    In fact , the Spanish word for career, carrera, is also the word for (running) race, so when I was 10 and I first heard Wilfredo Gomez talk about his "carrera" on the news papers in Puerto Rico, i thought "cool where is he gonna race at? Can we go see him?" lmao!
