Boxers to study as a short and slim beginner?

    It depends on your style, of course.

    You're very tall for a Minimumweight. Ricardo Lopez is the obvious place to start. Zarate is another tall, effective lower weight boxer, with plenty of film.

    Given you're c. 5 inches taller than the average Minimumweight, you could do worse than Panama Al Brown, who held a similar advantage at Fly and Bantam. There's not masses of footage of him, but you may want to give this brief video a watch -
