Early on Rock Allen looked one to watch...but there seemed a reluctance to step up ( i gather an accident has curtailed his career now ? )

Cubans in general, their management sucks.
Mike Perez is nowhere to be found
Gamboa missing his prime , fighting once a year
Lara, fighting in June after long hiatus.
    Solis, medical and promotional issues
Rigo seems to be in a right track now but was delayed because of legal issues.
The Irish Cubans , where are they( Collado just had his debut in US)
Ugas , yudel, fighting here and there
Luis Ortiz , suddenly dissipated from HW picture
Angelo Santana , moving slow but consistent, if he could get rid of don king
Dorticos missed his prime because of personal and legal problems

Luis collazo... a very talented welterweight who i thought beat berto and hatton. don't care what his record says. he should be considered in the mix of all the big names at welterweight but for some reason has just never been promoted well and was avoided.
