D-MAC Barrera is a left handed that fights Orthodox. You can see him signing autographs with his left hand.

True, and not just left handed fighters, but left handed people in general are extremely intelligent. The smartest people who ever lived have been left handed: Da Vinci, Einstein, Newton, Benjamin Franklin, Bill Gates, me, etc. It was scientifically proven that lefties are more bi-cerebral than right handed people. Sure there are very smart right handed people, but lefties in general are smarter. Also, only 10% of the population is left handed, and yet we are at the top of all or most fields.

why dont trainers like left handed fighters. Is there a disadvantage to being a lefthanded fighter.

Hagler is right handed and fought southpaw - which is a big reason for his very powerful jab. Of course, the opposite is true of DLH's jab and left hook.

Great post. Lefties are generally superior to their right handed counterparts.

Pavlik is ambidextrous. Max Kellerman says he saw Kelly write his name exactly the same way with his left and right hands.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure Joe Frazier was a natural southpaw, though he fought orthodox.

Miguel Cotto looks good, especially with his effective left hook.

Oscar De La Hoya is the best example of a lefty fighting orthodox.
