    While I agree Pac was gifted the Jr MW belt, it certainly wasn't worse than Alvarez winning the same belt for defeating Matthew Hatton, a guy who has never even held a belt or been ranked in the top 10 in his own weight class, much less the one where Canelo fought him for a vacant title at the same catchweight Pacquiao fought for it.

    well a worthy title holder they all are since it's the sanctioning bodies who decide their own rankings.

    But a champion none of them are aside from the 4 I mentioned.

    Beibut Shumenov and it was a GIFT.. One of the craziest desicions ever and it was his 9th fight.. Yes he was gifted.

    Alright then. Justify your opinion that he was gifted it more than the ones I have mentioned.

    Who had Matt Hatton beaten to suggest he was a tougher challenge than Antonio Margarito? What Matt Hatton fights have you seen prior to his fight with Canelo? I know for a fact you didn't know this but Matt Hatton is a welterweight and moved up to fight Canelo.

    Who had Alexie Kuziemski beaten to suggest that he was a tougher challenge than Antonio Margarito? What Kuziemski fights had you seen prior to his fight with Cleverly?

    Who has Jorge Sebastian Heiland beaten to suggest he was a tougher challenge than Antonio Margarito? What fights have you seen prior to his fight with Zbik?

    Who has Sebastian Zbik beaten to suggest he was a tougher challenge than Antonio Margarito? What fights have you seen prior to his fight with Chavez Jr?

    Who has Nelson Tapia beaten to suggest he was a tougher challenge than Antonio Margarito? What fights have you seen prior to his fight with Golovkin?

    See, I know you'll ignore this or won't give a proper responce because the truth of the matter is, you know absolutely **** all about the fighters I have mentioned.

    You come on here to criticise one fighter and defend another single fighter, you know absolutely **** all about the sport of boxing. There's only one dumb **** here. So go on, break down all the questions I pose to you and show me who the dumb **** is.

    I agree with your overall point that Margarito was tougher than all of those guys, but he too hadn't done anything of note at 154 (he also hadn't done anything aside from being destroyed by Shane in the 2 years prior to that fight). The idea that he was a top ten fighter in that division seems more a product of reputation than any actual accomplishment.

    I agree with you completely. I never said Pac earned a legit title at light middle, just that it wasn't a gift in the same way as the ones I mentioned were gifts. Margarito p4p even now is significantly better than all those I have mentioned.

    Right now it would probably be easier naming fighters who have won a legit title recently. is there any such thing as a legit title these days anyway. with 4 belts each having their own top ten, and them not recognizing other fighters.. you've got 40 contenders in 17 weight classes, so um yea. More like a certificate of achievement award..

    I don't know if he was ranked but I had him ranked top 10 going into the Pac fight given previous accomplishments and how he handled his tune up fight against a decent gatekeeper with such ease.

    It's pretty stupid. unless you follow boxing you'd never know what the hell was going on.

    Remember when at least guys try to unify, now they just want the belt so they can call themselves champ. No one cares about the best in a division, bar a few special fightyers..
