Well, if you are going to discredit Pacquiao's WBO belt against Cotto.
Still make Pacquiao a 7 division champion.

Manny Pacquiao vs Timothy Bradley II @ FULL 147 - WBO Welterweight Championship. :deal

    :deal

Hatton getting knocked out cold against Pacquiao and was NEVER the same again.

Pacquiao is just a rare fighter, getting knocked out cold and can still compete at the elite stage.

    Pacquiao - WBO 147 Champion.

He isn't discrediting the WBO title.

He is saying that Pacquiao's lineal claims at 126 and 140 pounds were not supported by an actual "World Title."

Therefore, Pac is a 6 division titlist if you go by world titles.

If you go world titles and opinions of "lineal championships," then Pacquiao is an 8 division world champ.

(there was a big thread that got a lot of responses on this subject only about a week or two ago)

Foreman wasn't even brutally knocked out anyway. He got dropped, looked up and got up too late. Some said he quit by purposely getting up too late. Foreman said it was a quick count.

Either way, it hardly qualifies as a brutal KO. It was embarassing for Foreman though. He got depressed, decided to take out his anger on some woman and beat her up, then fought 5 guys in Toronto to try to prove how bad he was.

Decades later he's still making excuses
