ricky hatton came to mind on the glass skin seeing how hes been in alot of wars did gatti evet cut.. he might of on the regular but all i ever remember was the freakish amount of swelling his eyes use to get, but that might of just tuck my focus/attention away from the actual cut itself
Floyd got his bottom lip busted open by Cottos numerous jabs . a cut is a cut . But as in facial cuts , i dont recall ever seeing anyone open up Floyd . It Probably never will happen either, Money is very good at timing his opponents moves .
Most black and to a lesser extent mestizo fighters have excellent skin, but Barrera and Marquez cut a fair amount, sometimes grotesquely. Except for the famous Oscar fight, Chavez had good skin, but that was just weird. White guys in general are at a very great disadvantage when it comes to skin. Some fighters always open gross cuts on their opponents because of their technique or snap- just about everybody who fought Arguello got sliced open - something about the way he twisted his hand or the glove he used induced nasty cuts.
Guys with good defense should not qualify. What about guys who get hit a lot but rarely get marked up? Rios comes to mind. Maidana as well.
Well even guys with great defensive ability ala hopkins have still been hit a decent amount when you have a career as long as his, so he still qualifies. He is known for being a headbutter, and still never has cut, so I think he does have some tough ass skin.
