    Vitali doesn't rely on his chin, he's a defensive wizard who is hard to tag

    He could rely on his ATG chin, but he clearly prefers not to do it

    Tua, Margarito, Chavez Jr, Chuvalo, Lamotta...now those are/were guys who literally use their heads to block punches

    Yes, extremely hard, but just because Vitali got caught here and there doesn't mean he blocks punches with his face as part of his fighting strategy, a la Margarito

    Fair enough but the OP's question can go bith ways. Do you rely on your chin to counterpunch or do you rely on your chin to fight an offensive fight? I think the latter would apply to Klitchko.

    He didn't say that. He is saying Ali didn't rely on his chin, Ali was not dependant on his chin. In other words, Ali was not the success he was solely on his chin. Having a very, very good chin, which he had, was not the main factor of his success.
