    Hey bud, the reason everyone is insulted is because we already know about the weight drains. In boxing and MMA weight cutting is a ritual. It is a very gruesome agonizing hellish part of the sport which a non fighter will never understand. Heck I don't understand how they can do it I can't even lose 10 lb in a month let alone 10 lb in one day. So albeit good intentions you had you weren't shining on any light in terms of new information in boxing. It is still amazing to see these fighters make weight but if you're going to come on to a boxing forum you better talk boxing don't just spit the weight trick LOL respect.
