Professionally. The only one who enters my mind is George Foreman. Turned pro in 1969,and was active until his first retirement in 1977. Came back ten years later,and finally quit in '97. Can anyone think of any other fighter ?

I think there will be a ****-load of Boxers who have fought in four different decades. Just thinking about Heavyweights, here's a few: Earnie Shavers Joe Bugner Greg Page Larry Holmes Mike Weaver Trevor Berbick Oliver McCall Bert Cooper Tim Witherspoon James Tillis ..... and one more which surprised me when I looked at his record recently was Mike Chilambe who fought Nigel Benn back in the 80's
