Boxers who were great at neutralizing an opponent's best assets

    Who were some boxers that you can think of that were good at taking away their opponents best weapon such as a jab or a hook? The only guys that comes to my mind are Pernell Whitaker and Bernard Hopkins. Who else were capable of neutralizing their opponent's best asset?

    Sammy Angott..he was pretty damned good at neutralizing Willie Pep..quite an accomplishment..and throw in the name of Fritzie Zivic whiloe we're at it....he neutralized Henry Armstrong a couple of times.

    Thanks bud:good,..neutralizing the other guy was these guy's stock and trade. They weren't blessed with a great amount of natural talent, so they had to compensate.
