Foreman has always been a great dude. Very generous and loving. Fraizer was also an awesome guy, very humble and charitable.
I personally wouldn’t include Manny on this list, but that’s just my personal view. He has been very unfaithful to his wife over many years.
Max Schmeling was pure class. Floyd Patterson, Archie Moore and Kenny Norton were classy guys too. Old man Foreman was cool too. I havw heard good things from Frank Bruno, Holyfield, Nonito Donaire and Ricky Hatton. Frazier seems OK but somehow spoiled his image with his petty bitternest towards Ali. I would put an odd name: Sonny Liston. Regardless his thuggish past and his fearsome boxing image it seem he was actually quite nice and humble in person.

Because despite their grueling performances on the ring they seemed like genuine cool people. Speaking of awkward boxers in another thread, how were M. Spinks and M. Maidana? They always looked to me like the strong, introvert types that bother nobody.
I’m friends with Spinks. He’s a quality guy. He’s quiet but he’s very friendly and extremely humble. Will always give people his time. Holmes I’ve met, he’s nice enough. Same for Hearns, never met Maidana.
Uh Hagler was convicted of fracturing his wife's jaw, his wife has a protection order against him for her and the kids.
https://www.sandiegouniontribune.co...-in-philadelphia-on-domestic-violence-charge/ I also found it very strange how Marvin Hagler was mentioned in this thread about boxing's "Nice guys"
