Just looking it up and Hearns won the first 4 rounds on all cards, Weston the next one and was maybe winning the third before having to stop. So Hearns up 4-1.
Lomachenko, Lennox Lewis (he was rallying against Vitali), Zoo (?), Mike Jones, Dana Rosenblatt, almost Spaddy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thanks for those details, JT. Sounds a little like the overall complexion of Jimmy Young looking like things were going his way just when Gerry's right tore open his face. Tommy had serious stamina issues at that stage, while Harold was coming off his own championship rounds gassing in Benitez II. Weston had much the experiential advantage going into Hearns, but them's the breaks!
I dont think Calzaghe was ever out boxed although i heard some people say Reid should have won their fight, never saw that fight myself.
Anytime, 4-2 it was, forgot the 6th round was completed i think. Keep up the great insights and posts, love 'em. While i may not agree with every point or stance (no-one could post with as much insight and depth as you and never get something wrong) you are required reading.
