Im not disagreeing with you but Cotto did fight a much smarter fight this time around and in all honesty might have survived the first fight had he fought that way before

Although the punches did cut Cotto up a lot earlier and cottos face was only slightly bruised this time whilst Margos eye was swollen shut

    Karmas a *****

Calzaghe performances are a good shout, Relentless :good

I don't really want this to turn in to a wrap scandal thread, so I'll leave my opinion on that subject at that. :good

    Gatti against Mayweather.

Floyd was incredible that night. He was literally punch perfect.

You could most ceirtantly be right.

That said though i think loaded wraps has a effect on a fighter, for 1 Cotto not being able to set his feet and punch hard on Margo as hes getting hurt badly anytime something lands on him.

Thats why people mentioning the loaded gloves had no effect on the outcome just seems crazy to me.

    cotto vs MALIGNAGGI

that was the best malignaggi. showing great jabs (thrown from the waist which not many boxers can pull off), nice movement and a respectable chin and willpower. it also showed how he could easily get enticed to a brawl even with his pillow gloves and also showed that he really was more of a B level fighter at best........

    Can't disagree, my friend.

Going through the 140lb history, do you think any can touch that Mayweather?

On that form, there aren't many people who could stand a chance. Whilst Gatti could be easy to hit, Myweather's accuracy and combination punching was just sickening.

Pac with Marquez especially in the 2nd and 3rd fights - although on paper it seemed he wouldn't be.

Aye, agreed. Would have been very interesting to see Mayweather stick around there longer. Same with Pacquiao really.
