It may very will be after he loses again to Fury, i'm just telling you what would happen if they were to fight.
FTFY. I tend to agree with part of what is being said though, Team Joshua and Team Parker handlers have been arguably a little disrespectful and probably trivialising what fighting Klitschko involves and the fact that part of why Klitschko seemed so unthreatening had so much to do with Fury's very well played fight plan... but I ultimately have no problem with what they're doing. I'm taking it that 2016 is the year these guys don't necessarily take over the titles, but certainly where they make it very clear than they are the incoming new world order and it will only be a matter of time - and a certain amount of banter about the current top guys is going to be part of it. You have to remember that Parker has sparred with Klitschko, it's not like they don't know what they'd be facing.
Agreed, Lith. By the end of 2016, Parker and Joshua should be clear front-runners as contenders - ready to make their run for the title. Many can see this already - but it needs further proof.
I expect good things from Joshua, Brook & possibly Postol next year. 2 wildcards that I expect to have unexpectedly big years next year are actually Adonis Stevenson & Andy Lee. Might have a laugh seeing how wrong I am next year!!
Wlad has sparred a number of fighters who he has then went on to fight and beat. With that said, I've said all along that if he were to fight AJ, he would get stopped. So I'n dismissing all of the up coming fighters., I just think with Parker, Wlad would be able to be handle him.
Probably both him and Joshua, but either way I tend to agree with Parker - funnily enough that's why I don't think they should be fighting for a title this year. Parker himself has said he'd like to be fighting a top ten in 12-18 months... so at the point he WOULD be looking at fighting Klitschko then I'd say Klitschko wouldn't be capable of handling him. The thing is, that is the end game - this year is where they will be clearly taking over so Parker's name definitely deserves to be here.
You do realize Smith was basically even with Rebrasse going into the last 4 rounds, in spite of what the insanely biased Brit scorecards said. While Rebrasse isn't bad this doesn't bode well for Callum in the future
Callum smith and Joshua won't fight for a title till 2017 Both are only fighting at British level at the moment. And what makes u think smith is ready any way? Cause he blew out fielding?
Again the opinions are my own. Callum Smith is 26 this year, had 18 pro fights and the best out of all the Smith Bros (i quote). He's not far off challenging/
