The best physique for boxing is "somewhat larger than average for the division."

So whoever meets that requirement, it's those guys.

If I could have the physique of one fighter, it would be Ken Norton. Decent size without being bulky, great separation and symmetry, great balance, etc. Holyfield doesn't come close to the aesthetics of Norton, honestly.

 

Symmetry? Below the waist he was a ballerina!

Googling some pics, you're right. Everything I said about his upper body stands, but he would definitely need to spend some serious gym time on his lower body to catch it up to his upper body. It's odd how his legs lack not just the size of his upper body but also the leanness.

 

Yeah, Foreman was naturally freakilishly strong, but the number of people throughout history that could outlift Bruno at his strongest without doing any actually weight lifting could well be zero.

Old George did lift weights however and might give Bruno a run for his money.
