    Like, if I could look like one of them? Ken Norton or a young Ali. Both were extremely aesthetic.

    Yeah young ali had a very lean and aestethic body, big neck long arms armonic body overall, imposing figure. Joe louis had a nice body too but he had a very bad posture making him look shorter

    For me the best physique for hw boxing lennox lewis but just for the way it looks maybe some 90s muscular boxer bruce seldon or ike ibeabuchi

    I think an athletic physique is the best for boxing. Kind of like Pacquiao, just looks like a guy who trains calisthenics only

    I used to workout heavy, 5-6 times per week, boxing, H.I.I.T, weights, pretty strict diet, etc…

    Somehow I could never get my body to look anything close to RJJ’s lol

    Tim Bradley was extremely shredded. He looked almost like an 140 lb bodybuilder
