I've got to help out the owner of my gym by running a 45 minute kids class two days per week. He's already given me a basic program including a warmup, footwork, mitts, heavy bag, but I'd like a couple more things to mix it up.

Can anyone suggest quick fun games or activities that I could do with them?

Needs to be something that can be done with a small number of people since there is usually only two of them there, and the kids are I think 7-11 years old so no contact or sparring or anything like that.

    Thanks.

Why can't they have any contact? They can start competing at age 8.

    Because it's not a competitive class. It's just a fun recreational/fitness class.

And I think here in Canada 12 is the minimum age for competition.

a race,, but must keep their boxing stance at all times and ther hands up, a challenging game but will better ther basics and is fun for the kids,, not necessarily the faster kids will win so boosts confidence among others,,

If its a long term thing i would suggest showing them some boxing videos as well. When i was around that age i was watching old fights with my dad and that is what developed my love for the sport.
