I was happy to see Pac selling pistachios a year ago.

I'm sick of seeing this nobody Mike Lee guy representing boxing in Subway ads. I had to google him. With the amount of time I spend on boxing I shouldn't have to google a "boxer" who is getting that much media exposure.

Now casuals will know the name Ali, Tyson, Mayweather, Pac, and...Mike Lee. Things like this is where boxing drops the ball.

The only fault is on the consumer; not Mike Lee or Subway or the Super Bowl.

It's not even a great white hope angle. This guy isn't a great white anything. He will never make waves in the division, and everyone knows it. Casuals outside of Ohio never knew the name Kelly Pavlik and he was actually a very good fighter.

I think Mike Lee has some connections we aren't aware of that landed him this Subway "boxer" gig. This guy looks like he boxes for a fvcking hobby, it's embarrassing that he's representing the sport as an athlete.

Maybe Subway wanted a boxer to match the blandness of their sandwiches.

I don't think many people are gonna head down to subway after seeing Mike Lee endorse it.
