boxing advice and old pro tricks.

    First and foremost, what is your best boxing move/trick? Whether it be a punch or combo that always lands or something defensive. Mine for example is to throw a lead hook whilst moving in their direction sort of across them, so that your to their side when you finish, very safe defensive hook. And jab and grab lol.

    Also, have you been told any clean/dirty pro tricks from a wiry old pugilist? Please share!

    And finally, a personal question I always have problems with. You know fighters like lomachenko who move their head side to side whilst with a tight high guard...how do you do that? If I move with my waist I feel top heavy n stupid n if I use my legs to do it Its not right n look odd. Don't know if anyone knows what I mean lol..

    Every movement is Orchestrated by the Legs and Feet. Hips cant move, just 6 degrees, thats how you are made.
