I started back training last night. Felt great to be back, enjoyed every min of it. Felt weak and sluggish though which was quite frustrating. Was thinking of using something like maximuscle viper to give me a bit more in the tank. Has anyone used it before?
You don't need that crap. Just get back in to shape. Everyone feels that way after a lay off when your conditioning slips.
I started doing road work the day before yesterday and working out with shadowboxing and hitting this punching dummy, and did 3 miles of road work yesterday I felt like death warmed over with a flu and a hangover but today I feeel great
i was thinking that too!! I never took anyting like that years ago when I was fighting and I was so strong and fast so I just need to work hard and reach that level again. :good
