I'm sorry to burst anyone's bubble here, but, world-wide, year-round OSDT is not going to happen in boxing until there is a unified governing body that can afford to administer and manage it.

Until that happens, all of this pissing and moaning is for nothing.

No, often times there is no paper trail. Actually, very rarely is there a paper trail, let alone one that would hold up in any courtroom proceeding.

Have you ever thought, it's in the culture of the sport? And has been used by all trainers since the early 1970's/late 1960's? Every NFL team gave their players an ultimatum, every bodybuilder in the world used PED's (mostly just the hard anabolic ****, no need for them to take all the secretive EPO and HGH **** today), nobody denies steroids' known prevalence in all Olympics, specifically through the 70's and 80's. But wait! No, not boxing, this sport is morally above that. Boxing has a history of being a clean, fair, and morally upstanding sport! Come on dude, admit your year of birth or do some research.

Yeah, so, I'll just say I advise you to do some research...

Ummmmmm, I'm reading all you've said and can only come up with one response:

What fighters are you worried about getting blood tested? Who are you trying to "protect," the user or his opponent?

Looks like you are missing his point. Why didn't Floyd take this route, or why hasn't more boxers?

Look, there is no central commision in boxing. That is was seperates is greatly from 99% of other sports. It's the SAC who determine what's acceptable. So...if boxers don't feel the risk you fans are claiming will occur, why should they? If the boxers feel their lives are at risk, well, first of all, it's boxing. They are at risk. Second, they can do what wa suggested. Have the SAC test more. But none do. SO wehat realistic idea do you propose? Key word...realistic. :D

Do your own research. Anabolic **** would never work for a boxer. Putting on too much mass just kills your reflexes and stamina.

As for HGH and EPO, sure, I'm positive there are a few users out there. But, it's not as rampant as some of you are making it out to be.

When EPO was running rampant through cycling, there were paper trails everywhere. I'm sure the same thing would happen in boxing.

So yeah, I'm more than aware anabolic steroids were around in the 60's and 70's. If that's all you've got, keep your history lesson to yourself.

Why don't you quit acting flippant and moronic and just answer my post. I'm more than fine with OSDT being used to regulate boxing. I just think it's impossible with boxing's current administrative makeup.

Exactly. Why is this so hard for people to understand?

I can't imagine petitioning any SAC is a long and arduous process. If PEDS are so rampant, why hasn't anyone come out and petitioned the SAC to look at more stringent testing regimens?

Why hasn't someone come forward and snitched? It always happens.

I agree. That doesn't mean fans should not clamor for it. Taking your approach, how will that do anything other than keep it equally bad or make it worse?

    You're no doctor, you're a moron.

Here's what you think is happening to Pac.

Acromegaly is a rare, insidious, and potentially life-threatening condition for which there is good, albeit incomplete, treatment that can add years of high-quality life for the patient.[1] Increased and unregulated growth hormone (GH) production, usually caused by a GH-secreting pituitary tumor (somatotroph tumor), characterizes acromegaly. Other causes of increased and unregulated GH production, all very rare, include increased growth hormoneĀ–releasing hormone (GHRH) from hypothalamic tumors, ectopic GHRH from nonendocrine tumors, and ectopic GH secretion by nonendocrine tumors.

Get a life... and Michigan, what school do you even go to? I have a master's and bachelors from a University of California, top ranked... You think you're so smart, yet you constantly make a fool of yourself on this forum. Just look at the polls about what a joke you are. The only guys backing you are other *****s.

I just posted the paragraph below re an article about Holyfield. Unfortunately, I have a hard time getting excited about the accomplishments of modern athletes. Armstrong, Clemens, and Bonds all cheated. Hand Aaron is still the home run king as far as I'm concerned and if you read the rest you'll know that I haven't entrusted FMJ with cleaning up boxing.

I remember when refrigerator Perry was a freak in the NFL because he was over 300 lbs. Unfortunately, I think that most top atheletes, including boxers, use PEDs. Wehn Roberto Duran competed at higher weights, it was because like me has had gotten bigger around the middle. I understand that Henry Armstrong was told to drink beer to gain weight. I not only think Hopkins uses PEDs - I think that Pac, Holyfield, Tyson, &, hypocrite that he is FMJ, among others uses them. Anyone past 25 who puts on nothing but muscle is using. FMJ, who is nothing but muscle, paid a penalty because he didn't have 2 lbs of fat to lose against JMM so I accuse him even though I believe the Pac accusations.

Of course it's Floyd's fault. As he puts it, "All roads lead to Floyd Mayweather." Unfortunately for him all negativity is linked to him because the average boxing fan loves to hate him.

What people don't realize is drug accusations started before Floyd became a household name in boxing. Why do people not talk about Tyson and his accusation directed at Holyfield? And why are people seemingly ignoring the fact that fighters have been found guilty? Last I checked, Mosley, Vargas, and Toney all got off the hook quite easily.

Keep in mind this whole drug issue is a two-headed monster. One might be a ***** for accusing someone of doping. But you can also be a ***** for evading a simple blood test. If you're a pro athlete isn't it your job to be mentally tough enough to deal with that sort of thing even if it's unprecedented?
