Don't suppose we have any business students/ graduates here do we?

Looking to do boxing as a business for my final year in dissertation, and was thinking about angles. Best one I can come up with at the moment is Boxing v UFC (the marketing side of it)

But one of the things I really need is current academic literature (to do my literature review) I've looked around, and am struggling to find anything.

If anybody could point me in the direction of some theoretical studies on boxing, UFC, etc, It would really be appreciated.

I know it's an odd request, but ya know, you don't ask, you dont get.

    Cheers all

Sounds a bit of a stretch to find journals and papers on anything Boxing related from an economic stand point. But then again that might be a good thing.

Yeah, we've been told to be original.

Yet there's a difference between original and having nothing to argue, compare, analyse, critique etc.

There's a chap called Asam Mahmood from Hemel Hemstead who did one a few years back, and by all accounts it was a success. So its definetly acheivable.

Just need a good starting point I suppose.
