    something between a doc and a promo video
    but its cool that boxing or boxercise in this case
    have helped out a 74 year old with major health issues

    Boxing, especially pads, is a phenomenal workout.

    The cardio gains and health benefits are extraordinary!

    Im 50 and run 6 miles a day I would like to go on forever but you never know
    I am alot happier now because I know when I grow up I can do boxing
