Wu definitely benefited from the switch to pro-style scoring. When she did zap Oh with a straight right it was crisp, but if they were doing the old click-counter touch-tally, she would have clearly deserved the L.

Rosenov gets a 5-0 sweep from the judges, unsurprisingly. Pretty dominant opener, despite his feet sometimes moving a little faster than his brain. Kid has educated hands.

Frenetic pace, lots of mutual lunging, orthodox vs. southpaw...inevitable, really.

 

Commentator just said it would be a shame for it to get thrown out bc of it. Hope not, Rosenov is putting in work.

 

Judges went 5-0 again for Rosenov, but yeah, much closer than 1st. I wonder how much the cut influenced that.
